Who's Who:

Elaine Hanson - 2nd Trombone.

I don't have a full biography on Elaine - as yet! Elaine hails from Buckinghamshire and her father, Ron Wells, is a trombone player. Elaine has played with the Amersham Band (see below) and the Ellesborough Band.

Once again playing the trombone, Elaine played Baritone with the band for a couple of years.

Elaine married Mark in 2003.....in Gretna Green - how romantic!!

Elaine has been to Bensheim, Germany with the Amersham Band - I can prove it !! In this photograph, a somewhat reluctant Elaine (2nd from the left) is posing with the rest of the Trombone section in Bensheim, in 1985....

...whilst trawling the internet one day, I found another photo' of the Amersham Band (again in Bensheim), dating from 1987...

...there she is, complete with 8O's style 'Mullet' hair-do (well, even I had one of those!) - cool!
