Rushden Windmill Band. This picture (courtesy of Eddie's dad and Sally's camera) was taken outside the Belvedere Park Club, Burton-Upon-Trent, 11th March 2006, just after we had played at the Midland 'Areas'. The piece was Entertainments by Gilberts Vinter....we came, a credible, 8th.!!!
With the back drop of some very nice conifer trees we couldn't find a spot for rows - so I shall do a simple 'left-to-right'! Conductor: Richard Graves. For a laugh - you might like to compare this picture with the ones taken in 2003 and 2005, just to see how we've aged!!! Possibly a case of older but NOT wiser!
